Member Mixer — One Photo, One Story
We're trying something new this month. Instead of one-off topics, April is a four-part Visual Storytelling series — and tonight we're starting with the most fundamental question in photography.
One Photo, One Story
Can a single photograph tell a complete story? What makes one frame stop you cold while another slides right past? We've all seen that one image that needed zero context — it just landed.
Tonight, bring your favorite example. One photograph that nails it in a single frame. Be ready to talk about why it works — what's in the frame, what's left out, and how it pulls you in without a caption or a series to lean on.
The April Series
April 3: One Photo, One Story (tonight)
April 10: The Photo Essay
April 17: Portraits That Reveal
April 24: Place as Character
Each week builds on the last. By the end of the month, you'll think differently about how your images communicate.
Drop in whenever between 6-8 PM Pacific. See you tonight.
